Midwest Tile and Concrete Products Inc. manufactures and provides superior quality sewer and water products to our Customers. Our Purpose is to provide our Customers with a product that exceeds their expectations. This is achieved by using good communications, integrity, responsibility, and flexibility as a guide in everything we do.

Midwest Tile and Concrete Products will continue to stay dedicated to four working principles that guide our relationship with our Customers, associates, suppliers, and community. These four principles are; Good communication, responsibility for our actions, integrity through honesty, and flexibility.

Communication

As a family owned business we have the flexibility to always stay in touch with our Customer's requirements. The Customer is always welcome to communicate to any level of our company with concerns or suggestions. We will always listen to the Customer. We see good communications as a key to our success, and to our Customer's future and current success.

Responsibility

Another key to our success is standing behind the quality of our products. We remain obligated to the Customer and their needs, even after the sale. We will continue to remain a responsible member in our industry through active participation in trade organizations, and local government issues. We will also remain responsible to our community's needs, as well as the needs of the employees that make this company what it is.

Integrity

From the very beginning of this company, with just one septic tank form, honesty and integrity have always been paramount. We will always conduct ourselves within the parameters of honesty, integrity, and respect. Daily business requires this conduct, as well as pricing. We will give our Customer the best price possible every opportunity we get. Whether it is pricing or how we conduct our daily affairs, our conduct will follow this philosophy.

Flexibility

Being able to Stay in touch with each of our Customer's needs requires us to be flexible with our policies and our procedures. This flexibility allows change in the way we do business with each of our Customers. We will provide our Customers with what they need, when they need it.
